•1/2 Cup Steamed Garlic Spinach (Fiber Carb)
•1/8 Avocado (Healthy Fat)

Thai Spicy Chicken Larb
I was craving Thai food, so I made myself some crazy delicious larb for dinner. Larb is one of my favorite foods and it is SO easy to make. Also, it is a surprisingly clean eat. I cook it without the roasted ground rice and it still tastes spectacular.
- 1 lb 99% Lean Ground Chicken
- 2 tsp Thai Chilli Paste
(Red Chilli Pepper, Garlic, Lemongrass, Salt)
- 3 tsp Fish Sauce
- 6 Limes
- 3/4 Red Onion
Marinade raw meat in the juice of 3 limes for 10 minutes. Place on a stovetop pan and cook meat, adding fish sauce and Chilli paste. Add juice of remaining limes when meat is done and mix. Let cool & mix in red onions, mint, cilantro, and even more lime (yes!). Eat with cabbage leaves!
